At ALT, we operate strictly by appointment only to ensure that each client receives the time and attention they deserve. We do not accept walk-ins. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.

Our space is wheelchair accessible, and there are no steps at the entrance or inside the main area. However, I should mention that while we do have a restroom on-site, it is not wheelchair accessible. Unfortunately, the space is too small to accommodate a wheelchair unless the user is able to transfer and doesn’t require the use of their chair within the restroom itself. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, and we hope this information helps with your planning. We are able to accommodate clients who require a private space to remove their hijab.
