If you are booking a colour service, make sure to always choose the colour first; everything else can be added on.

A consultation is a brief meeting where we discuss your hair goals, assess your hair, and go over the best options for you. It’s the perfect time to ask questions and make sure we’re on the same page before your appointment.

If you have never had colour before, require a colour correction, or are planning a complete change of look, please book a consultation at least 48 hours before your appointment.

As I work with limited availability, I would still recommend booking an appointment slot in advance to ensure you have space reserved. Any necessary adjustments to the service can then be made following your consultation.

Check the current availability. Appointments are released up to two months in advance, with new dates added monthly. If you cannot see a suitable date, it means the next set of appointments has not been released yet or I am fully booked.

Dates will be released at the start of each month , with July appointments released at the start of May, and August appointments released at the start of June.

Please ensure your hair is detangled, washed, blow-dried, and separated into 4 large sections ( check FAQs) before your appointment. If your hair is not prepared and additional time is needed to get you ready, an extra charge may be added.

For Texture Release, Wash & Blow-Dry, and Silk Press clients you do not need to wash your hair beforehand, as this is included in your service. Please arrive with your hair free from excessive gels or heavy product build-up. If your hair is heavily matted, please make sure it is detangled before your appointment.
